With therapy, my goal is to work in partnership with clients to assist them in recognizing their own strengths, self-worth, and resilience to promote growth and positive changes. My ideal client is one who is willing to take the steps to create the life they desire.

I approach therapy with curiosity, empathy, and respect for your unique story. My style is warm, relaxed, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that every person deserves to feel heard, valued, and treated with care.

You may be navigating negative self-talk, painful past experiences, loneliness, or the pressure to measure up. Perhaps you spend so much time caring for others or seeking their approval that you’ve lost touch with your own needs. Together, we can explore the experiences and patterns that shape how you see yourself and connect with others, creating space for greater understanding, self-compassion, and meaningful change.

Therapy can hold difficult emotions, but there is room for laughter, too. I welcome appropriate humor as a way to build connection and bring moments of lightness to our work. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin; we’ll start where you are and move at a pace that respects your needs.

My hope is that you leave with a deeper understanding of yourself, more fulfilling relationships, and a growing sense that your feelings, needs, and story matter. Because You Matter, and I’m honored to walk alongside you.

Finding a therapist is personal. You deserve someone who takes time to understand you and creates space for you to show up as you are.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, traveling, and trying different cuisines. I also love nature, music, photography, and a little adventure!

My office is located in Olive Branch, Mississippi, welcoming clients from Southaven, Horn Lake, and surrounding communities. I also offer virtual therapy throughout Mississippi, Tennessee, and Louisiana.
